I'm going to suggest a different 'grief' book. This one almost literally jumped off the shelf of the library this past week.
The Fun Habit by Mike Rucker. As I try to 'expand my world' after a series of losses over the past 6 years, I realize that I have become so 'serious' about my walk with grief. So, this book intriqued me. He differentiates Fun from Joy and Happiness. I like this distinction.
Maybe a different approach to move us all into a new realm of our grieving?
