Another good article on grief I am going to post it on our Meetup platform since we won't be having a meeting this coming week. Aug 20th-26th. I think some of these types overlap like Absent Grief and Inhibited Grief but they are still good markers to think about.

Thank you for posting this video on Gabor Mate. His book The Myth of Normal is quite eye opening in understanding how and why we are able to bond and make meaningful connections. He quoted Friedrich Nietzsche saying that "People lie their way out of reality when they have been hurt by reality" lying is a defense gainst reality of being judged. I think of how much mistruth we have in our society which was probably cause in part by early trauma. I high recommend the book The Myth of Normal. Thanks Edward
